Ron joined Highlands Diversified Service, Inc. in 1998 bringing a diverse background of manufacturing in business operation, quality, production, and supply chain management.  With 30 years of experience in the manufacturing arena; Ron began his career while completing his business and marketing studies while holding positions as Production Manager, Environmental Regulatory Affairs Compliance Manager, Manufacturing Superintendent, and Quality Manager.

Early in his career with Highlands, he aided in the development of procedures for the quality systems to achieve industry certification. After several years in the quality engineering role, he assumed the program management responsibilities for the company’s telecommunications, appliance, and automotive market segments.

In 2007, Ron was promoted to his current position as Director of Sales and Marketing. Ron attended Somerset Community College where he received his degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
